I carry back a lawnmower charger to my desk, a white one. A customer has sent it in from America, saying it is not working. I need to check this. The customer might be ripping us off. Jon steps out of my way. I have had a problem with something and message someone (Suki?) on Teams. She says I did not explain the problem well and did not understand. I feel bad at my job.
