2: Someone searching for Nicola, my old neighbour's daughter from Ickenham - is his name Adam? No luck at her old house. Told at another house that she moved out three years before.
3: My flat. The call centre is in the flat - or at least this is where I am working. Becky goes to the sink. Calum is slumped on the sofa. Alice is meant to be on the phones for the last hour of the shift but keeps trying to find ways to get out of it. She says to Becky that she will go to get the 'Tena machine's - something to do with product testing. This is a device that looks like a small white pebble.
