Black Sand Beach (night of 30/11/2024)

Worcester. It is summer.
I need to be back at the studio - there is some kind of art event going on. I am walking through the summery streets with someone else. I decide to get to the studio by walking where the cathedral is in waking life. In the dream I walk through some kind of shop. I exit out of the other entrance and find myself at some kind of beach. The sand is black, and there are a lot of people sunbathing on a thin strip of black sand - the sea is coming in. The strip of black sand is running at a right angle - like the corner of a square. Should we go along the beach and back across some kind of promontory? I can see that Mandy from school is one of the people sunbathing. There is an industrial feel about this scene, and the distance is murky with mist.
I decide to go back through the shop. I discover that the shop is a Coffee Shop - perhaps Costa Coffee. I am walking back through the shop with Edward. As we walk back, I see an Indian woman who is working there, remniscient of Hadiqua, smile and get up and starts walking with us. Another eoman from the counter smiles at us, and makes some remark about the Indian woman walking with us. "Maybe I'll have a whole line of people following me!" I joke to her. She smiles back at me.
Edward says that she obviously fancies me. "The black woman behind the counter?" I ask, but Edward is referring to the Indian woman.
