A dream of a coming Doctor Who episode. The Doctor is on an alien planet, there are a number of other people about. The alien planet resembles an english countryside with a dark and brooding sky. A spacecraft lands - a flying saucer type. The ramp opens and a number of people descend. One of them is Riversong (a character in the current story). The episode ends. I turn to Andy (?) and say to him that is the Doctor's wife, and that it was a good episode. Secretly I am not convinced.
(I had this dream on the night before tonight's Doctor Who, when Riversong returned of course (I did know this was happening). Strangely, last week, I had another dream about this episode, about the malevolent weeping angels in my flat. Two dreams about an episode I hadn't yet seen. Hmm.)

People in a kind of wild country, remniscent of the Undercliff Walk that runs back from the Marine. A dark and stormy sky, edging toward nightfall.

Oh Stuart! Just read your blogs and again
ReplyDeleteyou manage to move me it is realy amazing
how you remember your dreams as most of the
time I forgett them till the morning.
I just know that last week I woke up with
a sentens from Back to the future 1 "
The Time and Space Continuum" but dont ask
me what this ment.
I was moved about the dream of you seeing
Sarah and also about the prison I had once
a dream where I was sentenced to get my hands
cut of because of working at the post.
Thank you for posting all those things it
is allways a pleasure to read it. big hugxx
Thank you Ingrid! Having your hands cut off because you were working at the post office... Wow! Never ceases to amaze me just how odd dreams can get...
ReplyDeleteThank you Stu! Yes it was odd the hole
ReplyDeletescenery the court was like in those old
english movies the judge and all the other
people had those white wigs on and talars.
And the judge stood up and said " You are now
sentenced to get your hands cut off for
working at the post office"
I think that it reflectet my situation at work
as the last 10 years I worked there have
been realy horrible. And maybe the hands off
was because I was sorting letters for people
(dont know how to say it in english).
Am just glad I have not got to get back there.
